Can I cancel my registration for a paid certificate and get a refund?

You can request a refund of your fees in two situations:

  • A request made within 14 calendar days of payment, or
  • A technical issue with the exam platform/FUN.

14-Day Cancellation Period

You have a legal right to request a refund within 14 days of the payment date. The refund will be processed within 14 days of FUN receiving your withdrawal request.

Please note that:

  • Any delay in attending the online exam does not constitute grounds for a refund of registration fees.
  • Paid registration for the current session will not be carried over to the next session.
  • By entering the exam within 14 days of your payment, you waive your right of withdrawal, which you acknowledge by ticking the box during registration.

Refunds for Technical Issues

Failure to check your equipment in advance or not using a wired connection does not qualify as a technical problem and is not valid grounds for a refund request.

You must specify the nature of the technical issue you encountered, when it occurred, and provide a screenshot showing that your connection speed met the required threshold.

 

Requesting a Refund

Whether you're within the withdrawal period or facing a technical issue, you must request a refund using the form available at FUN Help Center, including the following information:

  • The name of the course for which you took the test.
  • Proof of payment, received via email when your payment was confirmed.
  • The confirmation email you received when you made your payment.

If your credit card expired after your registration but before your refund request, there is a specific procedure to follow.

To ensure your request is processed efficiently, fill in all required fields on the form, including your first and last name, username, the course URL and title, and the reason for the refund request.
