An invoice can be issued upon request if the cost of your registration is covered by a third party (employer, other organization, etc.).
This request should be made after you have registered for the paid certificate, however please note that the invoice will only be issued after you have passed the exam or at the end of the exam period. This ensures that you have not been reimbursed in the meantime, which is a necessary condition.
To avoid delays, it’s best to request your invoice only after you have passed your exam. This will help ensure you receive your invoice in a timely manner.
When submitting your request, please provide:
- The name of the course in which you took the exam.
- The date of your exam session (we will verify that you took the exam on that date).
- Proof of payment, which you received via email when you subscribed.
If any of this information is missing, it may delay the processing of your request.
