Depending on the type of request, you have three help channels:

 

1.  Frequently asked questions (click here)

2. The teaching team via the course forum

if your question is about:

  • educational issues
  • feedback on the course content (mistakes, inaccessible resource, reversal in the answers to a quiz, etc.)
  • exercise submissions and evaluation (grade error, grade not taken into account, badge not received).

3. Technical support for the platform you are currently viewing

  • connection difficulties
  • questions about the MOOC catalog
  • institutional contacts
  • etc.
