I can't access my course

If you are unable to access course content, this may be because :

- Your account does not exist even though you think you have created it
- You have not registered for the course
- The course start date has not yet been reached.

Make sure that all the conditions are met:

  • Do you have a FUN account?

To be able to access courses on FUN, you must first create an account on the platform. To do this, please read this article: How do I register or create an account on a FUN platform (FUN, FUN CAMPUS, FUN CORPORATE)?

  • Are you registered for the course in question?

Once your FUN account has been created and activated, you need to register for the course you want to access. To do this, see this article: How do I register for a course on FUN?

  • Has the course already started?

A course has a start date and an end date. Although you have registered for a course, you cannot access it if it has not started. The start date is shown under your course section in your dashboard:

The "Discover FUN" course started on 15 October 2019 :

On the other hand, the course "Le Management de la Qualité en laboratoire de biologie médicale" will not be accessible until 14 October 2024:

  • Have you clicked on the "Courses" tab?

When you click on the "View Course" button from your dashboard, you go directly to the "Course Info" tab. There you will find news and various information concerning the course. To access the course content, you must click on the “Course” tab:

You may only be able to access part of the course. This is explained by the fact that the course teaching team publishes its content over the weeks. The rest of your course should therefore be available in the following weeks. The pace of content publication is generally given in the “Course information / News” tab.

Please note that it is not possible to access the content of an archived course if you have not registered for it on time.

If, despite everything, you cannot access your course (not archived), please contact our support team by clicking on "Contact Us":

To help us resolve your request, please fill in the form correctly, including the URL of the page concerned and, if possible, a screenshot.
