if your question is about:
- educational issues
- feedback on the course content (mistakes, inaccessible resource, reversal in the answers to a quiz, etc.)

3. Technical support for the platform you are currently viewing
- connection difficulties
- questions about the MOOC catalog
- institutional contacts
