If you cannot access the course content, it may be because:
- Your account does not exist even though you think you created it (probably your username is already in use, and as it is unique, the account creation did not succeed)
- You are not registered for the course
- The course start date has not yet been reached.
Make sure all conditions are met:
- Do you have a FUN account?
To be able to access courses on FUN, you must first create an account on the platform. To do this, we invite you to consult this article: How to create an account on the FUN platforms (FUN, FUN CAMPUS, FUN CORPORATE).
- Are you registered for the course in question?
Once your FUN account has been created and activated, you must register for the desired course to be able to access it. To do this, you can consult this article: How do I register for a course on FUN?
- Has the course already started?
A course has a start date and an end date. Although you are registered for a course, you cannot access it if it has not started. The start date is indicated under your course section in your dashboard:
The “Introduction to a Web of Linked Data” course started on June 01, 2023:
The “Viral Hepatitis” course will start on April 09, 2024:
- Did you click on the “Courses” tab?
When you click on the "View Course" button from your dashboard, you go directly to the "Course Info" tab. There you will find news and various information concerning the course. To access the course content, you must click on the “Course” tab:
- Has all the content already been published?
You may only be able to access part of the course. This is explained by the fact that the course teaching team publishes its content over the weeks. The rest of your course should therefore be available in the following weeks. The pace of content publication is generally given in the “Course information / News” tab.
Please note that it is not possible to access the content of an archived course if you have not registered for it on time.
If, despite everything, you cannot access your course (not archived), please contact our support team by clicking on "Send a request":
To help us resolve your request, please complete the form correctly by inserting the URL address of the page in question and if possible a screenshot.
